Royal Palace of the Kingdom of Cambodia

The Royal Palace of Cambodia is located on the banks of the Tonle Sap river where it join the Mekong at Sothearos Boulevard.

The Royal Palace in Phnom Penh is the residence of the King of Cambodia, it was built in 1866 after the king Norodom relocated the capital from Oudong.

The Palace grounds are closed to the public when the King is in residence.
